PWI and Web Technologies successfully converted key components of PWI’s live Managing Workplace Violence training, into a self-paced e-Learning course that includes:

  • A Pre-test to assess the trainee's existing knowledge of the topic
  • A discussion of the escalation of violence and warning signs of potential violence
  • Prevention policies
  • A final Self-Assessment

In addition to the raw content case studies with characters, work place scenarios and audio dialog to illustrate the three stages of progressively violent behavior. Conflict Resolution
